John Keells Properties leads the charge on the property development and real estate sector in Sri Lanka, with a significant portfolio of real estate in Colombo and the suburbs.
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of an Investment Advisor to gear itself to service a number of Property Development Projects in Colombo and suburbs.
Job Profile
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Achieving the stipulated sales targets by identifying prospective clients through various lead generation methods and tapping into new customer segments.
- Coordinating with the Finance and Legal departments and arranging necessary documentation.
- Ensuring high quality and responsive after sales services to match the customer requirement and coordinating between the relevant parties.
- Directing customer complaints to relevant parties and following-up and responding to customers without undue delays.
Personal Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales/ investment related role (previous experience in handling a high value investment advisor role will be an added advantage).
- Higher educational or a professional qualification in Marketing/ Economics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
