INVESTMENT ANALYST

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research to identify economic trends and market opportunities.
- Evaluate risk, return, compliance, and suitability of investment proposals.
- Monitor fixed income and equity markets on a regular basis to evaluate impact on assets under management.
- Analyse financial statements and statutory publications of investment counterparties on a regular basis and advise management on their performance.
- Present investment research findings and investment appraisals to the management and investment committee meetings.
- Perform additional work assigned by the management from time to time in line with the competencies to meet business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & PRE-REQUISITES
- Degree/Special Degree / Professional Qualification in finance, investment, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or similar discipline from a University/ Institute approved by the UGC
- Fully or partly completed Professional qualification in CFA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, financial analysis, or capital markets.
- High level of analytical skills
- Willingness to gain a strong understanding of investment appraisal techniques and market dynamics.
- Effective communication skills
- Collaboration and innovative thinking
- Age should be below 35 years
