In this role, you will be a key partner to our clients, providing personalized financial advice, market insights and investment strategies to help them make informed decisions and grow their portfolios. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for driven and client-focused professionals to join our dynamic team as Senior Investment Advisors or Investment Advisors. In this role, you will be a key partner to our clients, providing personalized financial advice, market insights and investment strategies to help them make informed decisions and grow their portfolios. You will also play a vital role in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze listed companies, market trends, and economic indicators to identify and share trading opportunities with clients.
- Translate research and data into actionable investment ideas, keeping clients well-informed and confident in their decisions.
- Provide timely updates on share and debt market activity to help clients seize opportunities.
- Design customized investment strategies tailored to each client's financial goals, risk appetite and investment timeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, market insights and a high standard of service that fosters trust and client referrals.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Certificate in Capital Markets (CCM) from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of advisory experience for the Investment Advisor role or 5+ years for the Senior Investment Advisor role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Negombo or its immediate suburbs.
