SOUS CHEF
Ideally the candidate should have the following:
- Over 5 years’ experience
- Expertise in Western and Eastern cuisine
- Restaurant and Buffet management
- Kitchen Inventories/ Food Costing
- Menu Planning
The position is identified as a key appointment with a well-designed career development programme, ideally it is suitable for a person with dynamism with a flair for customer relationship.
- The selected candidates will be provided on location accommodation.
- The applicants should have excellent references and certification from previous employers.
