Overview of the role
The Branch Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships at the branch level. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting the company's financial and leasing products.
What you will do
- Managing all customer requirements pertaining to documentation and service all walk in clients to the branch by providing necessary information and managing a healthy relationship with them.
- Entering data to the system and follow up early recovery bucket when required.
- Prepare regular reports to the management which pertaining to the branch or region.
What equips you for the role
- Passed GCE O/L examination or GCE A/L examination.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Part qualification in SLIM/CIM would be advantageous.
- Possess good knowledge of MS Excel and display good communication and analytical skills.
- Pleasant personality with ability good negotiation skills.
