Job Vacancy – Accounts Executive (Female) URGENT
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts-related field
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in QuickBooks (QB System) and MyPOS System
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- AAT qualified or CA/Chartered Level II completed
- Knowledge and experience in handling VAT and SSCL
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Should be able to travel to Malabe easily or arrange accommodation nearby

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accounting records and preparing financial reports
- Handling bank reconciliations and debtor/creditor reports
- Managing supplier accounts and finance-related documentation
- Handling VAT and SSCL-related activities
- Communicating with customers to support payment collection
- Assisting with general finance and administration operations
