We are looking for a strong and experienced HR leader to lead the overall people function across a diverse business environment covering hardware, software, technology and international operations. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring someone who can balance strategic HR leadership with effective day-to-day operations, while working closely with senior leadership to build a positive, high-performing and people-centered workplace.

Responsibilities
n
n- Lead the overall HR function, providing strategic direction as well as effective day-to-day HR operations.
n- Lead, manage, coach and develop the HR team, building a capable and service-oriented HR function.
n- Partner with senior leadership and business heads on organizational, workforce and people priorities.
n- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, systems and practices aligned with business objectives.
n- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, employee engagement, rewards, retention and separation.
n- Strengthen employee relations and provide practical advice on people-related matters.
n- Build strong relationships with employees and managers across different functions and businesses.
n- Work closely with software and technology teams to understand their people needs and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
n- Drive initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, leadership capability and employee experience.
n- Ensure HR processes are efficient, consistent, well-governed and compliant with applicable requirements.
n- Use HR data and insights to support business and people-related decisions.
n- Identify opportunities to continuously improve HR operations, systems and service delivery.
n- Act as a trusted partner to leadership and a credible point of contact for employees on people matters.

Required Skills
n
n- We are looking for someone who is more than an HR process manager – a people leader who can build the HR functions, develop the team and contribute to a strong workplace culture.
n- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership maturity, the ability to work independently, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the confidence to partner with senior leadership and business teams.
n- Strong experience across both HR operations and strategic HR management.
n- Experience managing HR in a technology, software, IT or other fast-paced business environment will be highly advantageous.

Qualifications
n
n- A degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline; professional HR qualifications will be an added advantage.
n- At least 5 years of proven managerial experience in HR, with experience leading and developing an HR team.
n- Strong experience across both HR operations and strategic HR management.
n- Experience managing HR in a technology, software, IT or other fast-paced business environment will be highly advantageous.
