Junior Lawyer
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to join our Legal Department and support the organization with legal matters and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support and advice on company matters.
- Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, letters, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries of relevant laws.
- Assist in corporate and regulatory compliance matters.
- Support in handling disputes, claims, and litigation-related matters.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, authorities, and relevant parties.
- Monitor legal deadlines, renewals, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain legal documents and records in an organized manner.
- Perform any other legal duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- LLB Degree from a recognized university.
- Admission to the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka / Attorney-at-Law qualification will be an advantage.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a legal, corporate, or law firm environment.
- Good knowledge of Sri Lankan laws and legal procedures.
- Excellent drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
- Good command of English and Sinhala; Tamil will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
