TENDER PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Daiki Axis Environment (Pvt) Ltd., a Japanese 100% owned company with Local Collaboration. Sri Lanka’s Premier Wastewater Management and Solution Provider, Request Applications from Qualified Persons for The Above Position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and monitor new tender opportunities
- Prepare and coordinate all tender documentation
- Collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Handle pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and submissions
- Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions
- Maintain proper records for all tender related activities
- Coordinate with internal technical and finance teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement or tender handling
- Good knowledge of government / private tender procedures
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- He must have a Minimum of 05 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge about current market rates & tender process.
- Professional/academic qualification relating to Quantity Surveying. (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent)
- Age 30 - 55
- Fair Knowledge of (English Oral and Writing)
