Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead organizational transformation, change management, and digitization initiatives
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and employer branding
- Champion employee engagement, culture, diversity, and inclusion
- Oversee performance management, rewards, employee relations, and HR operations
- Utilize HR analytics and insights to support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance, governance, and effective people risk management
- Build a future-ready workforce and high-performing HR function
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline (Master's/MBA preferred)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Proven success in leading transformation and talent initiatives
