Responsibilities
- Business Process Transformation: Analyze internal processes, customer experience and market trends to identify inefficiencies and lead process reengineering initiatives aligned with SIC Life's strategic transformation program.
- Operational Excellence: Apply Lean Management and continuous improvement principles to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, enhance productivity and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
- Digital, Automation & AI Enablement: Research and evaluate emerging technologies, RPA, workflow automation, digital and AI solutions, and support their integration with platforms such as Core Insurance, SAP and SIS.
- Industry Trends & Innovation: Monitor emerging technology and insurance industry trends, identify opportunities for digital innovation and recommend solutions that enhance business value and organizational competitiveness.
- Performance & Transformation Governance: Define and monitor KPIs for automation and digital initiatives, provide insights and progress reports to senior management and drive knowledge transfer, user training, and the continuous development of a high-performing Transformation Function.
Qualifications / Pre-requisites / Requirements for the position
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Digital Transformation, AI or a related field or equivalent professional qualification from a University/Institute approved by the UGC.
- Age below 30 years.
Special working conditions and environment
- This position may be required to work extended hours and during weekends/holidays and attend outside meetings to meet business requirements.
Relevant Experience
- 1-2 years' experience in software development, business analysis, process re-engineering and optimisation.
- Experience in project management and participation in large-scale transformation initiatives.
