Lakpa Footwear (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a responsible, energetic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Executive – Finished Goods Warehouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of finished goods.
- Manage the receiving, verification, storage, issuing, and dispatching of finished goods.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and prepare stock-related reports.
- Update inventory records in the system accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Planning, Logistics, and other relevant departments for smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and warehouse standards.
- Monitor the movement, arrangement, handling, and dispatch of finished goods.
- Supervise warehouse labour for efficient loading, unloading, stacking, and handling activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Diploma in Warehouse Management / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a Finished Goods Warehouse.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
- Experience in ERP/Warehouse Management Systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
