Junior Associate - Finance Operations
We are looking for proactive Undergraduates in Finance, Accounting, Management or a Professional Qualification in CIMA, ACCA or CA along with strong communication and team working skills to join our team, as a Junior Associate – Finance Operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring timely debt recovery and resolving discrepancies across multiple Strategic Business Units. You will leverage your knowledge in finance or accounting while giving support to execute credit payable activities, meet monthly KPIs, and support audit and reporting needs. Through this role you will bring strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel to drive operational excellence. Your contributions will extend beyond day-to-day tasks, as you actively engage in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to SLAs and organizational standards.
