We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as Manager attached to Commercial Office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Evaluating new business opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and strategic projects through financial modelling, valuations, feasibility studies, and commercial assessments.
- Leading and coordinating financial, tax, legal, and commercial due diligence processes while liaising with external advisers and stakeholders.
- Identifying and developing new revenue-generating opportunities, partnerships, business ventures, and expansion initiatives within the higher education sector.
- Developing and managing strategic relationships with universities, industry partners, government authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiating and managing commercial agreements, partnerships, contracts, and any other type of arrangements to support institutional growth objectives.
- Preparing and presenting business cases, financial analyses, commercial evaluations, and management reports while monitoring the performance and risks of commercial initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized university or institution, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum seven (07) years of relevant professional experience, including at least three (03) years in a managerial, supervisory, or equivalent leadership role.
- Professional qualifications in, or progress towards obtaining, professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Investment Management, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, business development, and revenue generation.
