Join MAS Unichela as an Executive – Industrial Engineering based in Panadura, where you’ll help align industrial engineering functions with business needs. This position involves submitting competitive and accurate costed SMVs to meet customer price targets, driving SMV savings through method and process improvements, and ensuring manufacturing feasibility. You'll collaborate on tech pack meetings, propose production-feasible sewing constructions, and prepare precise SMVs while adhering to systems and established SOPs. Additionally, you’ll contribute to Fact-Based Costing initiatives, support ROI justification, and provide updated SMV breakdowns for capacity planning. Your expertise will ensure timely and accurate SMV submissions and resolve production concerns effectively.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Engineering or Physical Science and bring a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
