We are a leading organization involved in gold loans in the northwestern province (NWP). We are looking for suitable candidates to join us in the following position.
Customer Relations Officer (Gold Loans) (male/female)
- LOCATION - ANURADHAPURA | NOCHCHIYAGAMA | ANAMADUWA
The Job
- Identification and assessment of gold articles.
- Disburse right value against assessed the gold articles.
- Adherence to laid down policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of Gold loan.
Qualifications
- Should have completed G.C.E. A/L's 3 passes.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word).
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Communication skills in Tamil and Sinhala.
- Age between 20 - 30 years.
- Prior experience in a bank or private institute would be an added advantage
