Job Profile
- Promote Singer Finance Personal Loans, Solar Loans, Educational Loans, and Individual Consumer Financing among individual customers, corporate clients, and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain effective marketing strategies for the assigned area.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Introduce new customers and institutions to the existing product portfolio.
- Achieve monthly and annual business volume targets for the specified product categories.
- Meet monthly and annual Weighted Average IRR% targets.
Candidate Profile
- An academic record including the successful completion of GCE A/L.
- A full or partial qualification in Sales or Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Residing within the Colombo region or in close proximity to the Singer Finance head office.
- Willingness to visit institutions and individual customers as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
- A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala is essential; a fair knowledge of Tamil would be an added advantage.
