Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process gold loan applications.
- Assess the value and purity of gold items offered as collateral.
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and customer details.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and financial regulations.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up with customers as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in gold loans or related areas.
- Strong understanding of gold valuation and loan processing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
