As part of our team, you will be joining one of the pioneering companies in Sri Lanka to adopt standardization practices for Environmental Responsibility (ISO14001: 2015), Food Safety (ISO 22000: 2018), Quality Management (ISO 9001: 2015), and Halal accreditation for poultry processing.
- Ensure product quality standards are achieved.
- Ensure maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS, documentation, records and coordinate for both internal and external audits.
- Handling customer complaints and take appropriate actions.
Qualifications
- Degree Diploma or equivalent qualification in Food Science Food Technology.
- Above 3 years of experience in the similar capacity preferably in food processing environment.
- Leadership qualities, supervisory skills coupled with very good PR skills.
