Officer / Executive - Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles (both academic & non-academic) in our school.
- Conduct thorough interviews over the phone and assessments to ensure the best fit.
- Skilfully coordinate interviews and demonstrations, ensuring a seamless process.
- Diligently follow through with the recruitment and selection process to its successful conclusion.
- Collaborate with academic & non-academic departments to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide timely updates to the top management throughout the process and upon its conclusion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
