Officer / Executive - Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles (both academic & non-academic) in our school.
  • Conduct thorough interviews over the phone and assessments to ensure the best fit.
  • Skilfully coordinate interviews and demonstrations, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Diligently follow through with the recruitment and selection process to its successful conclusion.
  • Collaborate with academic & non-academic departments to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide timely updates to the top management throughout the process and upon its conclusion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
