  • Handling assigned cluster/department inquiries.
  • Monitoring social media sales/inquiries.
  • Achieving of assigning Sales Target Achievement & Sales Personnel Tracking.
  • Keeping track of customer inquiries and ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Keeping proper record of customer feedbacks and share the insights with relevant departments.
  • Managing inquiries received through social media platform.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Diploma in Business Management/Marketing/Business Communication or related qualification.
  • Proven experience in Customer Care, Business Development, or Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and customer relationship management.
