Assistant Manager - Project
JOB PROFILE
- Responsible for conducting new Site feasibility, Project Planning and Drawing, work allocation
- Monitor and update the management on new site progress
- Liaise and coordinate with contractors, landlords and internal customers for the progression of site
- Monitor and provide feedback on material / services quality as per specification on Civil, interior, Electrical and Plumbing works etc. at site
- Project completion and handover (Physical & documented) monitoring as per the agreed timelines
- Monitor Snag list completion within target from new restaurant opening date
- Ensure that all purchases meet the Standard Operating Procedures and defined processes & guidelines of the company
- Responsible for new technology/process improvement/cost optimization activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should possess a degree in Civil Engineering with NDT/NCT/HNDE/TTI
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MEP operation (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing)
- Hands-on experience in working in EERP environment will be an added advantage
