Team Leader Food & Beverage
Scope:
- Ensure outstanding customer care at all time.
- Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedures.
- Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment and devices.
- Maintaining effective communication with other departments to follow-up and consistently maintaining high product and service standards.
Ensures all guest requests and complains are handled appropriately adhering to the company guidelines.
Job Profile:
- Possesses 2 years' experience in same capacity with star class hotel background.
- Academic background with Hotel school qualification will be an added advantage
- Sound knowledge in system Opera.
- Has the ability to attract potential customer base as well as existing customers with the intention of providing a satisfactory and a quality service.
- Language proficiency of foreign languages will be an added advantage.
- Is confident in handling Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
