- We are a leading BOI company engaged in manufacturing & supplying high-quality thread corns, brooms, brushes, janitorial and maintenance accessories to Export Market. Our office is situated in Kadawatha. We are looking for a self- motivated ambitious and dynamic individual to join our team in the following capacity.

ASSISTANT MANAGER-HR
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall HR functions of the organization.
- Develop, review and improve HR administrative systems, policies and procedures.
- Lead the performance management system.
- Effectively and efficiently handling employee grievances, enhance employee relations and improve work environment.
- Maintain the HRIS with updated information.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs of all the employees of the departments and manage the training and Development function effectively and efficiently while maintaining all the documents.
- Conduct a comprehensive induction program for new commers.
- Lead the employee engagement activities within the organization and assist in all organization development activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- Minimum three years' work experience in similar capacity.
- Understanding of labour laws and regulations in Sri Lanka.
- PET bottles manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills in English language both written and spoken is a must.
- Preference will be given to those who are from Kadawatha, Kiribathgoda, Kelaniya, Wattala and Gampaha.
