SENIOR EXECUTIVE - TALENT ACQUISITION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize and execute organizational recruitment plan
- Execute employer branding initiatives to attract talent
- Source talent to ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved within agreed timelines
- Conduct the onboarding process for new recruits
- Manage day to day coordination related to HRIS system
- Prepare and circulate Management Information for decision making
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or a professional qualification in human resources management from a recognized university or a professional institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience in using social media, including LinkedIn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
