JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategize and execute organizational recruitment plan
  • Execute employer branding initiatives to attract talent
  • Source talent to ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved within agreed timelines
  • Conduct the onboarding process for new recruits
  • Manage day to day coordination related to HRIS system
  • Prepare and circulate Management Information for decision making

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree or a professional qualification in human resources management from a recognized university or a professional institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience in using social media, including LinkedIn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
