A well established Organization (Distributor and promotor of motorcycles, spare parts and related services) is seeking result-oriented and enterprising personnel to join our team.

Assistant Manager – Procurement

Key Responsibilities

  • Team up with departments to understand their procurement requirements & develop procurement plans accordingly.
  • Source & evaluate suppliers / vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and relevant factors.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers / vendors to secure favorable pricing & conditions.
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Enter order details (suppliers/vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases / System.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
  • Monitor stock levels & place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure proper storage.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge in the field of Motorcycle spare parts, lubricants, auto chemicals and experience in automobile industry will be an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
  • Sound knowledge in Sourcing, Planning, Initiative, Ordering, Procuring & Monitoring the purchased items / goods.
  • Exposure to ERP system & computerized environments would be a definite advantage.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision & complete the tasks in given timeline.
  • Pleasant personality with positive attitude and interpersonal skills and networking skills.
  • Young and energetic, dynamic and goal driven personality with the ability to adapt in any condition.
