HR MANAGER

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Degree in HR or HR Diploma with no less than 03 years learning is a must.
- 05 years experience in similar capacity with 10 years of overall HR Experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge in HR best practices and labor laws. Exposure in strategic HR & hands on experience in Training and Development activities along with the high Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Should possess thorough understanding and have experience in recruitments, employee retention and absenteeism management.
- Proven experience & exposure in vendor compliance.
- Work location Kolonna.
- Upper age limit - 40
SCOPE
Selected candidate is expected to manage overall HR, Administration, people development & vendor compliance independently. Further he is expected to implement a long term capability development plan for the factory.
