ASSISTANT MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES

Our doors are now open for an aspiring individual who is willing to work with us in the capacity of Assistant Manager - Human Resources.

Job Requirements

  • Hands on experience in Managing HR Administrative functions effectively.
  • Sourcing, conducting interviews and identify the best talent for the Organization.
  • Responsible for the employee performance management system.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Provide monthly salary input and manage employee benefits.
  • Handling domestic inquiries and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist in all process improvement activities.

Specifications

  • Degree in HRM/PQ HRM/CQHRM
  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive 4 to 5 years
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is compulsory.
  • Fluent in English Language
  • Planning, Organizing skills
  • Time Management skills
