Our doors are now open for an aspiring individual who is willing to work with us in the capacity of Assistant Manager - Human Resources.
Job Requirements
- Hands on experience in Managing HR Administrative functions effectively.
- Sourcing, conducting interviews and identify the best talent for the Organization.
- Responsible for the employee performance management system.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Provide monthly salary input and manage employee benefits.
- Handling domestic inquiries and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist in all process improvement activities.
Specifications
- Degree in HRM/PQ HRM/CQHRM
- Proven experience as a Senior Executive 4 to 5 years
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is compulsory.
- Fluent in English Language
- Planning, Organizing skills
- Time Management skills
