McLarens Containers (Pvt) Ltd., is a pioneer in the Inland Container Depot industry and currently a leading provider of integrated logistics services in the country. Using our modern equipment and state-of-the-art infrastructure, we deliver an extensive array of logistics services, which include warehousing, container transport and container maintenance & repair services. In addition, we engage in sales of all types of containers & flexi tanks.
We require the services of a result-oriented, highly motivated, and dynamic individual with good interpersonal and leadership skills to be a part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the logistics industry. Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new business within the logistics industry.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics. Analyzing market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Organize meetings with prospective clients, showcasing our logistics services, and negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure new business.
- Have strategies to promote our products and services on Social Media & E-Platforms.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve revenue targets. Developing and implementing sales plans to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with customer service and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery, client satisfaction and timely follow up on payments.
- Regularly prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree or professional qualifications in Logistics & Transport, Business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Have close links with the local and international freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent command of English, strong interpersonal and leadership skills is mandatory.
- Male candidates below the age of 45 are preferred.
- Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, along with critical thinking abilities.
