Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering and directing phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Welcome visitors warmly and answer any questions they may have.
  • Ensure the reception area and all common areas are always kept clean and tidy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventories of all stationery and reordering them on time.
  • Provide support to the "Personal Assistant to the MD" as required.

Basic Qualification and Requirements

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level and related professional qualifications.
  • Working experience will be a definite added advantage.
  • Below 25 years of age.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility and flexibility in working hours.
