Customer Care Officer
Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Recruitment and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry.
We are seeking the services of a dynamic and results oriented individual for the post of Customer Care Officer
Role
- Attract and retain a satisfied customer base by providing superior service over the phone
- Build a strong customer base & consistent achieving customer satisfaction targets Engage in cold calling in order to build customer base
- Engaging in routine customer calls in order to ensure satisfactory service levels
- Managing seafarer registration and vetting of documents.
- Maintaining database by entering and storing relevant data.
- Maintaining Departmental records
Profile
- School Leavers are encouraged
- Proficient in English language
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environments
