Candidate Profile
- Passed GCE Advanced Level.
- 03 years of industry experience in a reputed organization
- Age between 30-40 years.

• A fast learner, self-motivating and efficient person with the ability to work under pressure.
• Speaking and writing ability in both Sinhala and English languages
Key Responsibilities
- Assigning responsibilities to production employees.
- Coaching, supervising and monitoring Employees. Complying production records.
- Ensuring all the equipment is functioning properly.
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues and communication with other departments.
- Ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment
