Loss Prevention Manager
We are currently seeking candidates for our esteemed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting incidents and interacting with guests and staff
- Ability to analyze security data, incident reports, and risk assessments to improve security measures
- Capability to handle emergencies and resolve security issues promptly and efficiently
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while addressing guest concerns and ensuring their safety
- Skills to manage and de-escalate conflicts effectively
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in security management, hospitality management, business administration or a related field is often preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience in loss prevention, security or a related field within the hotel industry is mandatory
- Understanding of hotel operations and the unique security challenges within the hospitality sector
- Keen attention to detail to identify suspicious activities and potential security breaches
- Constant awareness and alertness to potential security threats
