Loss Prevention Manager

We are currently seeking candidates for our esteemed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting incidents and interacting with guests and staff
  • Ability to analyze security data, incident reports, and risk assessments to improve security measures
  • Capability to handle emergencies and resolve security issues promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while addressing guest concerns and ensuring their safety
  • Skills to manage and de-escalate conflicts effectively

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in security management, hospitality management, business administration or a related field is often preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in loss prevention, security or a related field within the hotel industry is mandatory
  • Understanding of hotel operations and the unique security challenges within the hospitality sector
  • Keen attention to detail to identify suspicious activities and potential security breaches
  • Constant awareness and alertness to potential security threats
