HR Manager
Seth Sevana Hospitals (Pvt) Ltd, a member of The New Pharmacy Group of establishments, a leading health care service provider in North Western Province with an affiliated chain of pharmacies, wholesale and distribution of pharmaceutical products, laboratory, nurses' training school and imports and export of organic products, is looking for a dedicated dynamic individual to work in a challenging environment as HR Manager.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the hospital's workforce is aligned with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on career development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and execute training and development programs for staff.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, professional qualification in HR.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Applicants living close proximity to Kurunegala town would be given preference.
