The Job

  • Assist, greet and meet customers.
  • Explain the company's policies and procedures to the customers.
  • CUSTOMER CARE UDAHAMULLA BRANCH
  • Attend calls and messages and redirect them to the respective departments when needed.
  • Handling walk-in customer service booking, reservations and customer inquiries.
  • Update customer care department on customer complaints, concerns & feedback.

The Person

  • Successfully completed G.C.E (A/L) / Diploma.
  • A Male/Female candidate preferably below 32 years of age.
  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in an automobile company.
  • Be computer literate in MS Office packages.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Priority will be given to candidates living close to Udahamulla, Nugegoda Branch
