We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all F&B operations and ensure quality standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team.
- Develop menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Plan and coordinate events and special functions.
