HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO ENSURE SMOOTH DAILY OPERATIONS.
  • PREPARE PAYROLL AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE RECORDS.
  • SCHEDULE AND COORDINATE INTERVIEWS, ONBOARDING, AND OFFBOARDING ACTIVITIES.
  • OFFER GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE TO THE HR DEPARTMENT, SHOWCASING FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY.
  • ASSIST IN ORGANIZING EVENTS, MEETINGS, AND OTHER ENGAGEMENTS.
  • MANAGE PETTY CASH EFFICIENTLY.
  • HANDLE PRICE NEGOTIATION, CONTRACTS, SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS, VENDOR FINALIZATION, COORDINATION, ADMINISTRATION, AND BILL PROCESSING.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • COMPLETE SALES INVOICES FOR THE MONTH PROMPTLY, MEETING DEADLINES.
  • ORGANIZE INVOICES AND DOCUMENTS ACCURATELY, ENSURING PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
  • ENSURE INVOICE ACCURACY AND COMPLIANCE WITH FINANCIAL REGULATIONS.
  • PREPARE INVOICES WHILE ADHERING TO CREDIT NORMS AND FINANCIAL POLICIES.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • DIPLOMA IN HR OR RELATED FIELD.
  • STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS AND ERP SOFTWARE IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
  • 1 OR 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.

REMUNARATION - 65K - 75K
