RESPONSIBILITIES

- PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO ENSURE SMOOTH DAILY OPERATIONS.
- PREPARE PAYROLL AND MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE RECORDS.
- SCHEDULE AND COORDINATE INTERVIEWS, ONBOARDING, AND OFFBOARDING ACTIVITIES.
- OFFER GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANCE TO THE HR DEPARTMENT, SHOWCASING FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY.
- ASSIST IN ORGANIZING EVENTS, MEETINGS, AND OTHER ENGAGEMENTS.
- MANAGE PETTY CASH EFFICIENTLY.
- HANDLE PRICE NEGOTIATION, CONTRACTS, SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS, VENDOR FINALIZATION, COORDINATION, ADMINISTRATION, AND BILL PROCESSING.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- COMPLETE SALES INVOICES FOR THE MONTH PROMPTLY, MEETING DEADLINES.
- ORGANIZE INVOICES AND DOCUMENTS ACCURATELY, ENSURING PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
- ENSURE INVOICE ACCURACY AND COMPLIANCE WITH FINANCIAL REGULATIONS.
- PREPARE INVOICES WHILE ADHERING TO CREDIT NORMS AND FINANCIAL POLICIES.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- DIPLOMA IN HR OR RELATED FIELD.
- STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS AND ERP SOFTWARE IS AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
- 1 OR 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.
REMUNARATION - 65K - 75K
