RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Browns HOTELS & RESORTS

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Reservations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservations department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the hotel's reservation system to ensure accurate and efficient booking of rooms.
  • Supervise and lead the reservation staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to optimize room availability and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust the hotel's pricing strategy accordingly.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest information in the reservation system, adhering to data protection regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Reservations Manager or in a similar role within the Hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
