RESERVATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Reservations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the reservations department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the hotel's reservation system to ensure accurate and efficient booking of rooms.
- Supervise and lead the reservation staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to optimize room availability and maximize revenue.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust the hotel's pricing strategy accordingly.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of guest information in the reservation system, adhering to data protection regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Reservations Manager or in a similar role within the Hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
