Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator (Male)
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher Diploma in Hotel Management, or GCE A-Levels or O-Levels with relevant vocational or technical certifications in hospitality or business administration
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a reputable resort, hotel, or a related industry such as tourism, food service, or hospitality operations
- Exposure to or a strong interest in the fields of training, learning & development, human resources, or quality assurance
- Strong command of English — must be able to speak, read, and write fluently
- Proficiency in any additional foreign language will be considered an asset
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools is a plus
