Talent Development & Quality Assurance Manager

Key Competencies

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven ability to uphold and promote brand values through training and development initiatives.
  • Expertise in both traditional and modern training methodologies.
  • Experience managing training budgets aligned with property financial objectives.
  • Skilled in designing and facilitating training programs across all levels.
  • Strong background in evaluating training program effectiveness.
  • Prior experience in conducting audits, training assessments, and process improvements.
  • Excellent operational, administrative, IT, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of LQA and Forbes service standards.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working in the Maldives or other remote locations is highly desirable.
