EXECUTIVE - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (LABORATORY NETWORK)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achievement of sales targets and improve revenue from lab network.
- Support & motivate the sales team.
- Creation of medical packages and organizing of campaigns to the public to create awareness.
- Arrange CME’s (Continuous Medical Education Programs) in coordination with the sales team for the scientific promotion of the products & services to the medical professionals.
- Participation for exhibitions, general public awareness exhibition stalls.
- Support to launch of new value-added services to the company. (Mobile laboratory service, e-mail of lab reports to customers, corporate medical services, CME’s)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or higher qualification in Sales/ Marketing/ Business or relevant.
- Proven experience in a sales or Business Development role (2-3 years preferred).
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the healthcare or laboratory industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work towards strict deadlines and targets.
