Job Profile:
Are you someone with a friendly voice, a passion for customer service, and top-notch phone skills? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive and help us support our growing SME postpaid client base.
What You’ll Do:
- Call new clients before activation to verify details
- Guide clients through their first bill and usage
- Stay in touch with regular health-check calls
- Offer first-level support for enterprise telecom solutions
- Handle callback requests and client inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication in English + Sinhala/Tamil.
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Familiarity with telecom products and services is an added advantage
- Competency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to follow through
