Customer Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the ERP system.
  • Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accuracy in counting and providing correct change.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including shelves, displays, and checkout counters.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and providing product information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Passed G C E A/L
  • Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution (Part / Fully Qualified)
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Age below 30 years old
