Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage daily account operations in HRC project, ensuring timely completion of client deliverables.
- Support customer service functions and address key client requirements.
- Handle critical projects, including patient balance reconciliation and project-related tasks.
- Handle reconciliation & projection analysis for patient balances.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of BAU processes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Keep clients informed on project status and results.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in RCM is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret and resolve complex patient AR scenarios.
- Ability to analyze and navigate various self-pay and patient AR scenarios across different healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Previous experience in account management will be an added advantage.
