RESTAURANT MANAGER
Location: Colombo 05, Colombo 07 & Kotte
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 – 7 years international experience, managing an upscale, casual dining restaurant (not QSR)
- Ability to manage the location P&L
- Effectively handle planning, procurement, cash, MIS systems, recruitment & training and operations
- Ability to deliver the required service standards to all stakeholders – customers, team, suppliers & management
- Must be a trained barista
- Able to work flexible hours, as needed
- Proximity to Colombo 05, 07 and Rajagiriya will be an advantage
