ADMIN ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in office maintenance.
  • Support Operation teams with admin related duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Certification in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 year+ of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
