HELPER - ASSEMBLY PLANT
LOCATION: KELANIMULLA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in assembling vehicle parts and components on the production line.
- Transport parts and materials to assembly stations.
- Ensure tools and materials are ready for assembly workers.
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support experienced workers with specialized tasks when needed.
- Work efficiently with the team to meet production goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive assembly is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Must adhere to safety guidelines and plant regulations.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items as needed.
