Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs of our manufacturing team.
Cultivate a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting regular feedback sessions, and promoting open communication.
Act as a mediator when conflicts arise and work towards resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
Implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Stay abreast of labour laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
Ensure that all HR practices align with legal requirements and ethical standards, maintaining a fair and compliant workplace.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing constructive feedback to employees and assisting managers in setting performance goals.
Promote employee well-being by fostering a healthy work-life balance.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
Qualifications:
Master's / Bachelor's degree in HRM or any other relevant stream.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Managerial Level preferably in the Apparel sector.
Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws and best practices.
