The Job:

  • As the Human Resources Manager in our dynamic apparel manufacturing facility, you play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Your primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring the well-being and professional development of our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process by identifying and attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs of our manufacturing team.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, conducting regular feedback sessions, and promoting open communication.
  • Act as a mediator when conflicts arise and work towards resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
  • Stay abreast of labour laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure that all HR practices align with legal requirements and ethical standards, maintaining a fair and compliant workplace.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing constructive feedback to employees and assisting managers in setting performance goals.
  • Promote employee well-being by fostering a healthy work-life balance.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve HR processes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's / Bachelor's degree in HRM or any other relevant stream.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a Managerial Level preferably in the Apparel sector.
  • Should be fully conversant with all aspects of industrial labour laws and best practices.
