Equity Analyst - Manager
NDB Securities (NDBS) is a licensed stockbroker registered in the Colombo Stock Exchange and is a fully owned subsidiary of NDB Capital Holdings, the capital market arm of the NDB Group. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an addition to our research team. The right candidate is someone who is inherently curious about capital markets, has the intellectual discipline to break down complexity, and the communication skills to shape opinions.
The Role:
- Conduct institutional-grade equity research across listed sectors
- Build sophisticated financial models – not templates, but models that think
- Publish actionable, concise, and influential investment reports
- Interface confidently with institutional investors and C-suite executives
- Collaborate closely with sales, individual investors and work across the capital cluster.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (equity research, investment banking, consulting, or asset management)
- Deep financial and analytical skills (valuation, industry analysis, capital markets knowledge)
- High level written and verbal communication
- Intellectually curious, commercially minded, and detail-oriented
- Finance / Economics / STEM degree and / or CIMA/ ACCA/ FCA. CFA qualification or progress is a distinct advantage
