RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the leader of the demand planning function, you will be responsible for driving growth across various vehicle categories and regions by accurately forecasting demand through the analysis of historical data, seasonal trends, regional patterns, and market behavior.
- You will collaborate closely with CLM and Marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions with demand strategies, while leveraging analytics tools and dashboards for real-time monitoring. This role plays a key part in guiding data-driven decisions for geographic expansion and category prioritization, and supports long-term business objectives through precise projections and scenario planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning, strategy, or data analysis with strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Prior experience in logistics, mobility, or tech platforms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, marketing funnels, and lifecycle strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with CLM, marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences. A strategic thinker who is also hands-on in execution.
